All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Timelines
Non-Furniture Items
Decor, accessories, and kitchen items ship within 2 to 7 business days via UPS.
Furniture & Large Items
Furniture and oversized items ship within 1 to 3 weeks from order confirmation, plus 8 to 12 business days for freight delivery.
Freight deliveries are scheduled and handled by a delivery partner. Once your order enters the carrier’s network, you will receive communication to coordinate delivery.
Backorders & Lead Times
Some pieces may be made to order or temporarily backordered. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page and updated as availability changes.

Signature Requirement
All furniture and large item deliveries require a signature upon delivery. -
Threshold Delivery
Your item is delivered to your doorstep or the nearest dry area. -
White Glove Delivery
Your item is brought inside, assembled, placed in your desired location, and all packaging is removed.
White Glove service will be added at checkout or arranged by contacting our team after purchase.
Preparing for Delivery
For scheduled deliveries, please ensure we have the best phone number and email for delivery coordination. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery.

- The item will fit through entryways and hallways
- The item and packaging are inspected upon delivery
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, items, and destination.
Additional fees for extra services will be calculated at checkout or added upon request.
Holding Requests & Storage
If you need to delay delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of order confirmation.
A storage fee of $35 per week will apply.
