SHIPPING INFO

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Non-furniture items will ship within 2-7 business days from the in stock and processing date. Furniture items are anticipated to ship within 1-3 weeks from the in stock and processing date (lead times may vary). 

*Back ordered and in-stock items lead times are subject to delays.  

Estimated shipping times are provided on each product page but are subject to availability changes. If a product is out of stock or on backorder, a new estimated shipment date will be communicated, and customers can choose to keep the order, work with the support team for alternatives, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. Placing an order secures product allocation, and cancelling and reinstating orders may result in varied shipment dates. Customers will be notified of any changes in product availability. Cancellation requests must be sent to support@stylemeghd.com, and once orders are restocked, they cannot be canceled. Freight shipments may not have immediate or current  tracking information. Our team will be able to check the current status, verify the order has not yet been dispatched and process your request accordingly. 

Cancelation requests will not be approved if an item is in stock, or once an item has been queued to ship.

Furniture and large items will be delivered by a third party service provider. Transit times are estimated to be 8-12 business days. Once your shipment has reached the final mile terminal and is ready for delivery, a third party representative will contact you directly to schedule a date/time.

All shipments will be delivered packaged at your doorstep. Furniture and large item shipments will require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect the packaging of the shipment before signing off on the delivery - any damages to the product or packaging must be photographed and documented with your signature to ensure proper retribution. 

Please note, our drivers are NOT obligated to bring furniture inside your home unless you have upgraded your shipment to White Glove. If you live in an area with limited access (complex with stairs, etc.) email our support team at support@stylemeghd.com at the time of checkout and ask about our upgraded delivery services.

The StyleMe team strives to provide the most accurate stock and shipping time frames during your shopping experience. These dates are subject to change due to delays in production or transit in which you will be notified.

All items ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada at this time and apologize for the inconvenience.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Please fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Damages and defects are rare however if this is the case a CLAIM must be filed by the customer within 48 hoursof delivery. All claims will be responded to within 15 business days after filing. 

REFUSED DELIVERIES

Non damaged or defective items that are refused are ONLY eligible for store credit and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover freight and storage charges. Original shipping charges are also non-refundable in this instance. If the carrier is unable to deliver a shipment because the consignee is not present within the scheduled time frame they will also be subject to fines.

HOLDING REQUESTS  

If one wishes to request a holding date for delivery, all inquiries must be sent to support@stylemeghd.com within 48 hours from your order confirmation or status update. 

  • All items will incur a storage fee of $35 per week from when the item should have shipped. For example, if an item is in stock, storage fees will begin as soon as the item is placed. Backordered items storage fees will begin as soon as the item restocks. 

If you would like to avoid these storage fees, you may request to ship your order to a different address in a 25 mile radius of the original shipping address. 

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on total order items, amount and destination. Rates may change at StyleMe’s discretion according to economic circumstances. If your delivery requires an extra service, then an added fee will be calculated at checkout, or added onto your order after checkout per customer request.

 WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

Any order requiring freight delivery has the option to upgrade from a Threshold delivery to White Glove. All orders are defaulted to Threshold delivery, which has the carrier schedule deliveries with the customer and deliver the item to the doorstep or nearest dry place. Each delivery requires a signature to drop off. Customers may choose to upgrade their delivery to White Glove for an added fee per item that is being delivered. This has to be requested to our customer service team to add on after checkout. The fee is additional to the standard shipping rates.

White Glove services include the carrier delivering the product inside the customers space, assembling and placing in their desired area. They will also inspect the product and remove the packaging from the space.

  • Pre-Ordered Items can be requested to be held with no charge anytime prior to the items restock date. Once the item is restocked, the storage fees will be mandatory for your item to be held.
