Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Costs
Orders $1,500 and over. Delivery is free on every order of $1,500 or more, before tax. Eligible furniture arrives by white glove delivery at no charge, and everything else ships free by its standard method. The threshold applies to your order total, so pairing a smaller piece with your furniture still ships free.
Orders under $1,500. Delivery is priced at checkout by the pieces in your order:
- White glove delivery, for eligible furniture: $295
- Threshold delivery, for select large pieces and lighting: $249
- Decor, accessories, and smaller pieces: $29 to $99 by order value, via UPS
White Glove Delivery
Included with eligible pieces. Your furniture is brought inside, assembled, placed in the room you choose, and every bit of packaging leaves with the delivery team. Eligibility is noted on the product page and at checkout. White glove delivery is free on orders $1,500 and over, and $295 on orders under $1,500.
Threshold Delivery
Select large pieces and lighting arrive by threshold delivery, brought to your doorstep or the nearest dry, protected area. Free on orders $1,500 and over, and $249 on orders under $1,500.
Signature Requirement
All furniture and large item deliveries require an adult signature at delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Timelines
Decor and accessories. Ship within 2 to 7 business days via UPS.
Furniture and large items. Ship within 1 to 3 weeks from order confirmation, plus 8 to 12 business days for freight delivery. Freight deliveries are scheduled by our delivery partner; once your order enters the carrier's network, you will hear from them to coordinate a delivery window.
Backorders & Lead Times
Some pieces are made to order or temporarily backordered. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page and updated as availability changes.
Preparing for Delivery
For scheduled deliveries, please make sure we have the best phone number and email for coordination, and that:
- An adult is present to sign
- The path to the placement area is clear
- The piece will fit through entryways and hallways
- The piece and packaging are inspected at delivery
Holding Requests & Storage
To request a holding date for delivery, contact support@stylemeghd.com within 48 hours of your order confirmation or status update. In-stock pieces incur a storage fee of $50 for the first 30 days and $25 for every additional 30 days. Pre-ordered pieces can be held at no charge any time before their restock date; once restocked, storage fees apply. To avoid storage fees, you may request delivery to a different address within a 25-mile radius of the original shipping address.
