Our studio is based in Arizona, but we work with clients all over the country. Whether local or remote, we bring the same level of detail and dedication to each project—delivering thoughtfully designed homes, coast to coast.

Guided Home Design is a full-service interior design studio offering a wide range of design services, from new construction and large-scale renovations to furnishings and final styling. We also offer Virtual Full-Service Design for clients located outside of Arizona who want the full GHD experience from afar.

The earlier, the better. We love to be involved from the start—ideally during the architectural planning phase. Early collaboration ensures every detail, from layout to lighting, is designed intentionally and cohesively.

Our work is rooted in timeless design with a personal, livable edge. Each space we create is tailored to the client—blending elevated materials, layered textures, and personalized details to craft a home that feels both curated and deeply comfortable. We guide you through your home design, infusing your space with luxury furniture and decor that feels like you.

Our full-service projects are completely turnkey. We manage everything from floor plan review and finish selections to furniture procurement and installation. You can be as involved as you like—our team is here to guide the process and handle the details so you don’t have to.

Due to the nature of our services, we request a deposit or retainer of $3,375 as the initial commitment to GHD as your design team. This is equal to 15 hours of our design services at $225 per hour. This deposit is held as a credit towards the first 15 hours of design time spent. Once those funds are exhausted we continue to clock our hourly rate of $225 and bill you at the end of each month. Our hourly rate holds significant value to our clientele as we work to save our clients time and money in the execution of the designs in an efficient manner based on our knowledge and experience. Furthermore, we offer endless furniture and accessory resources which we purchase wholesale and share our discounts with our clients which offers unique product sourcing and pricing which you would not otherwise have access to.

Our Full-Service Design & Virtual Design Services are best suited for large-scale projects such as full homes, renovations, or multi-room designs. However, for smaller spaces or single-room transformations, we offer curated E-Design Services. This is a great solution for clients seeking expert guidance and a designer-curated look for less.
