Where are you located and do you work with clients outside of Arizona?
Our studio is based in Arizona, but we work with clients all over the country. Whether local or remote, we bring the same level of detail and dedication to each project, delivering thoughtfully designed homes, coast to coast.
What services do you offer?
Guided Home Design is a full-service interior design studio offering a wide range of design services, from new construction and large-scale renovations to furnishings and final styling. We also offer Virtual Full-Service Design for clients located outside of Arizona who want the full GHD experience from afar.
When should we bring your team into a project?
The earlier, the better. We love to be involved from the start, ideally during the architectural planning phase. Early collaboration ensures every detail, from layout to lighting, is designed intentionally and cohesively.
What is your design style?
Our work is rooted in timeless design with a personal, livable edge. Each space we create is tailored to the client, blending elevated materials, layered textures, and personalized details to craft a home that feels both curated and deeply comfortable. We guide you through your home design, infusing your space with luxury furniture and decor that feels like you.
What does full-service design include?
Our full-service projects are completely turnkey. We manage everything from floor plan review and finish selections to furniture procurement and installation. You can be as involved as you like. Our team is here to guide the process and handle the details so you don't have to.
Do you take on smaller projects or single rooms?
Our Full-Service Design & Virtual Design Services are best suited for large-scale projects such as full homes, renovations, or multi-room designs. However, for smaller spaces or single-room transformations, we offer curated E-Design Services. This is a great solution for clients seeking expert guidance and a designer-curated look for less.

Start a Project
Inquire About Our Luxury Design Services
Due to the nature of our services, we request a deposit or retainer of $3,375 as the initial commitment to GHD as your design team. This amount reflects 15 hours of design services at our hourly rate of $225. The deposit is held as a credit toward the first 15 hours of design time. Once those funds are applied, we continue to bill at our standard hourly rate of $225, invoiced at the end of each month. Our hourly rate holds significant value to our clientele, as we work efficiently to save both time and money through thoughtful execution backed by experience and industry knowledge.
We're also happy to work on a per-square-foot basis or establish a flat project fee for certain projects. If you're interested in exploring alternative pricing based on your specific project scope, please reach out for more details.
