First, the jar gets a black base, which is then sanded. Afterward, the terracotta jar gets a thin grey layer of color, which is also sanded, and then the jar gets coated. This process creates depth and nuances in the colour.

Use the jar for planting greens, or let it decorate as it is. Be aware that you can plant directly into the jar.

Please note that the jar is not waterproof.
